Online Course Welcome Letter:

Welcome to your course with Valley Canine Training


Congrats! You are about to embark on this amazing journey not only for your dog, but also for yourself. Before we get started, it’s important to cover some basics and ground rules.
 

 How to use this course/Your Responsibility:

  • Work through one video at a time

  • Practice the commands daily that you’ve learned in each video

  • Participate in our online classroom 

  • Ask for help or answers to your questions in our private online classroom

  • Joined the Private Online Classroom 

  • Signed up for our Newsletter

Using all of the resources in this welcome letter will ensure that you are getting the most out of your course!

Training Equipment:

Some courses include different training equipment than others Please watch the training equipment video in your course before purchasing all your equipment.

You May Need:

  • Treat Pouch

  • 6Ft Cotton or Nylon Leash

  • Training Collars (A Martingale Collar and A Herm Sprenger Prong Collar)

  • A long line (15ft-25ft)

  • An E-Collar (for a client doing the reliable recall course ONLY)

  • A Baskerville basket muzzle if your dog has a bite history



Private Online Classroom/Training Support:

Please be advised that your training support expires once your course duration is over. Meaning any dog training or dog-related questions must be asked during the course duration. Any dog training or dog-related questions will not be answered after your program is complete/over, because training support is only available during your program duration. Most online courses include 6 months of training support.
 

To join our Private Online Classroom:

If you have any questions or run into any troubles during your online course, we are here to support you! Please post in the online classroom and we will answer you as soon as possible.

We occasionally do “specialty online classes” these will be posted in the online classroom and you will have access to these

If you have any questions throughout the training course, you must please ask in the online classroom!!! Please do not email us any dog training questions!

You will have access to training support via the online classroom for a total of 6 months from your registration date.

  • You’re now part of an elite group of like-minded dog owners. 

  • Our Facebook group is private and confidential. 

  • The more you interact, get to know your peers, and participate in checking in, asking/answering questions, the more growth you can expect during your time with us.

  • Please be aware that much of our communication, updates, etc. do occur in our group.

Monday – Friday 9 am-5 pm 

 

Requesting Consult/Coaching Time:

*If you have any questions throughout the course, you must ask in the valley canine private online classroom group first! 

For individual needs such as billing or other technical issues. The best way to contact us is through email. valleycanine@hotmail.com

If you feel like you need more help or want to request a coaching call you can send us an email. Private Coaching Calls are $250/hour and must be paid before the call.

*Please no text messages or Facebook messages! *Remember if you have a question the fastest way to get an answer is in our Online Classroom. (Use this resource to your advantage.)
